There are 3 "major" North America Space Launch companies:
- SpaceX
- United Launch Alliance (owned 50% by Lockheed Martin, 50% by Boeing)
- RocketLab
If RHC they could announce the company they would, so this is clearly a contractual constraint. It's prudent for a large company to request of a small stock to avoid any public release so as not to be tied to any PR plays. Also not disclosing the size is further indication of that. This strongly implies that this is a very real and sizeable contract.
Pay attention to SEDAR and the docs going forward. From my digging, everything points to SpaceX. If the Elon minions get ahold of this thing, prepare for ludicrous speed...RHC will go Plaid.
