Royal Helium is a production, infrastructure, and exploration company with a primary focus on the development of helium and associated gases. The Company is currently producing purified helium at its Steveville Helium facility in Alberta and it's extensive footprint includes prospective helium permits and leases across southern Saskatchewan and southeastern Alberta. Given the current and foreseeable global undersupplied nature of this critical and non-renewable product, Royal is well positioned to be a leading North American producer of this increasingly high value commodity.

Here for the long run

I may be one of the only ones thus far since the news of the PP to still be very optimistic. They are not going to drill wells with this money, people come on think here. These funds and this deal get them into sales mode which is what we have all been begging them to do. This is a good team and they will make us $ just gotta hang on. Markets are rough across the board (did you all forget that?!?)

They need to do what they need to do to get Steveville flowing and start fulfilling their first contract...Love the fact the $$ they will make is going to be very lucrative and there is likely a long line of end users line uo to get their hands on that additonal 60% of production, let alone any other production they will get online.

I am in, and my average is sweeter by the minute.

This money does not get them to sales. This is to pay for the engineer and not for the surface equipment. They're gonna have to raise a lot more money before they can bring these wells on to production.

You're absolutely correct jake1444. This is a normal process and they'll likely have to do this a few more times prior to reaching a point where they've got a reasonable line of revenue to help pay for their capital needs as they move along. Waiting is tough to do but there's no alternate, hopefully a nice payday down the road a fair ways. Good luck to those willing and able to ...more

Capital raises are a lot more effective if the market has strong conviction and bids the shares up partly based on quantity and quality of the resource and partly on the credibility of the company to make a plan and move the plan forward. And partly on hitting milestones laid out in the plan. But raising capital repeatedly at very low share price really just dilutes out initial investors and ...more
