Change in plans but probably for the better
Andrew has been talking about launch partner paying for trucking gas to colorado and converting it to liquid helium.
Mow it appears customer wants to pick it up as liquid helium and certified to proper 6 digit purity.
So RHC will truck their helium to colorado and pay for liquification and this new agreement in place will facilitate all the rest. It will also make it easier for RHC to sell any extra helium beyond offtake agreement at spot prices. It also is for three years and I hope after that Saskatchewan will have its own liquifiucation plant serving all the local producers. (that is the goal of the province).
So as I said, it is all about operational execution to actually have a plant producing 6 digit helium (plus any adiional infradtructure to store it and truck it. (likely will store right on tanker trucks and move once a truck is full since it lesks to fast - so will just need loading facility. They will haev to store the efood grade CO2 and whatever methane is extracted. They still have to build some extra stuff, even after plant with unique cryogenic design (scary words) is fabricated, tested, delivered, installed, tested again. By March??????

One of their management has confirmed that the offtake partner will pay for the transport and liquification- not Royal.
