Not quite ready to transfer to the Steveville site. That was to happen in March with first helium by end of April. No way. There is more fabrication, adding little things like compressors and power system and valves and controls. Then some on-site testing. Before moving to Steveville, hooking it up, and then doing a lot of testing to produce high purity gas. (after initial ...more
