Royal Helium is a production, infrastructure, and exploration company with a primary focus on the development of helium and associated gases. The Company is currently producing purified helium at its Steveville Helium facility in Alberta and it's extensive footprint includes prospective helium permits and leases across southern Saskatchewan and southeastern Alberta. Given the current and foreseeable global undersupplied nature of this critical and non-renewable product, Royal is well positioned to be a leading North American producer of this increasingly high value commodity.

Royal Helium Ltd. > They did it

They did it

Good milestone for sure. Agree with others there is a sense of relief. Next order of business is testing the Val Marie and Ogema wells, which has been in the work queue for almost two years. They can't move forward at those sites without testing the wells they have already drilled. They have the money to do that.

No more dilution!

I don't know if you just woke up after a long sleep but now you've just found yourself out-to-lunch. There be more dilutions, several of them, as they progress from an upstart and hopefully can establish themselves as a profitable company some day.

True enough bridge, but they are at least a helium producer with some revenues. And they have enought money to test Val Marie and Ogema and they should do that quickly. Then they can make a plan for the next 12-18 months.  Andrew said they hope to have 2 more production facilities on line in that time and it will take a major change in pace and urgency.  Andrew said they are already ...more

Excellent comments Margin321, we still have a long way to go.........but they finally have found the right road to be on that leads to where they need to go.

They are heavily in debt , you just can't ignore this fact. The cost of their equipment was extremely under estimated, not to mention the real killer here. the long delay in getting this process running Numerous dilutions are coming. I find it sad that people talk about what they need to do, without actually a cluead yo where the money is coming from .
Comment by PaperCerts on Dec 21, 2023 11:34am
Yes. I did actually.  And all the dilution makes me grumpy.  If you are predicting lots and lots of dillution, this will become 0.05 stock for years before we ever see 0.40+ again...

I don't think it will ever get that low. They now have a revenue stream, that will help the share price to stay up. They will need capital to expand, likely each time since the processing equipment isso  pricey. If continue growing and making a profit this share price is going to grow and make some of those investors money. By the way, best wishes to you and make you prosper.

Andrew has talked about customers paying for facilities to get committments for the helium,  at a favorable price I am sure. Don't think those discussions go anywhere in this type of credit market.  Bank debt is also not attractive (or plausible even) since they  still are paying some loan interest with share grants.
