The stock should be halted immediately

Very unusual trading and normally the stock should be halted for management to clarify the situation. Every investors should have the same information. That's the law. It's clear it's one big holder of Royal helium that is selling. Algorithm type selling started again around 2:30 pm.

The questions are who is selling, and whether they own the shares they are selling. They are making lots of money, but it is not benefitting the long term shareholders or the company. However we (the LTH) will not be totally wiped out unless the cmpany is forced to do a stock offering at this price. This is why there is a Billion dollar Class Action lawsuit here in Canada over this sort of action. Now one could believe this is also a Capital gains dump due to the taxes going up to 66.8% on gains over 250,000 starting June 25th, 2024 I do believe. Either way this share has dropped massively since I first bought in. Like a death spiral of sorts. Despite production, offtake agreements and trucks ...more

How could this be related to the Capital Gains tax change? Instead this would be used as a Capital Loss upon sale at these prices if in a Non-Registered Trading Account.

I said IT COULD BE, not it is. Its happening here in housing and many other facets of investments. Invreasing it to 66.8% has many people selling off assets now to avoid losing MORE when the tax increases on it. I merely suggested MAYBE this was something it could be. So in layman's terms "spitballing"or speculation. I am confident we would all like to know exactly what, who and why. ...more

Capital GAINS tax. At these stock price levels, no one has made any money unless they were shorting so capital gains are non existent.
