I'm sure that for them capital is hard to secure. What I found really interesting is the part about recommissioning the Steveville plant. Perhaps a lot of warranty work and or debottlenecking going on there

I think I missed the part when we got decommissioned. Any idea when that happened? I thought we had trailers moving still?

The plant has been limping along since it was turned on. They've probably been diagnosing where the problem is and what it is. That can only be done as it operates. So when they get it figured out they then design equipment to fix it. They will have to shut it in to install the new equipment once it's all ready. This all takes time and is very common with new proto type plants. That's
