Big Pockets

It's time to ask the friend with the big deep pockets with all that coin jingling around...The Government of Alberta.
They gave RHC the splashy sendoff, and need the industry to be successful. I'm guessing the issue is with the design or components of the gas facility, or perhaps some type of safety issue. With all of the expertise in this Province, someone should be able to kick-start this project!
