can someone help me to understand what the alpha A and Chi-X market is?  Why they traded 130 000 shares on those markets today? thanks

They are exchanges buying and selling stocks very similar to the TSX. CHI-x is Global.... Chi-x Canada , Chi-x Japan and so on. Go to Goggle and read all you like on them. You may see when you put an order in that some was bought or sold on the TSX and the rest on Alpha . Confusing at first... Because when you buy say 10,000 shares of ABC you may see that only 8,000 was traded ...more
