Pursuant to a resolution by the board of directors, Redhill Resources Corp. has consolidated its capital on a 1:10 basis. The name of the company has not been changed.

Effective at the opening on Wednesday, Oct. 16, 2013, the common shares of Redhill Resources will commence trading on the TSX-V on a consolidated basis. The company is classified as a mineral exploration and development company.

Postconsolidation

 

Capitalization:  unlimited shares with no par value of which 13,307,395 shares are issued and outstanding

 

 

Escrow:  nil

 

 

Transfer agent:  Computershare Investor Services Inc.

Reasonable first day....low selling and strong bids out of the shoot.  I like the fact the O/S count now looks very attractive for moving forward.  Still trading way below market cap for cash in the bank plus assets held.  IE: Mutiny Gold shares, High North shares, and exploration assets.  Looking forward to the next news release with some operational guidance EOM

I don't know about others but there was no trading in RHR for me today. It was all gummed up on CIBC with a "you don't own this in your portfolio" message.
