  ya I'm long as well I literally have no faith in management but I love the tech. We all know that management hasn't been getting those sales and the tech sells itself. I actually think if they could grab a competent CEO/exec from the industry and they kick Lisa we would see a bump in SP fairly quickly.

I agree. When shareholders are completely in the dark as to what is happening with onboarding and have zero idea where revenues will fall (between $1 - $ ??), not a good sign. Communication and credibility are needed in any ceo.  If shareholders are feeling out of the loop, it makes me wonder what her interactions are like with RHT clients. Here's praying you haven't invested your life savings into in my opinion, an outfit of mickey mouse weasels trying to save their weekly paychecks, or others like it based on your comments here, or there is probably about a 90% chance you will be fleeced for everything you have....
