Qualifications of the new CTO
Has anyone looked at the past experience of the new Chief Technology and Inovation Officer, Dave McKay? His LinkedIn profile looks impressive, https://www.linkedin.com/in/dave-mckay/ but many of the positions look fake or padding. If his qualifications were that good, why would he be padding his resume?
For example, the Canadian Credential Network looks impressive, but the company website listed on LinkedIn is an incomplete WordPress blog, https://canacred.ca/
Similarly, Polytier Software is just a poorly done one-page site, https://polytiersoftware.com/
Since he left VitalHub with Lisa in 2016, he claims to have wroked 11 positions, most of them overlapping.
I am also pretty sure from the photos and location that this is his Twitter profile, https://twitter.com/sketchytheclown.

The CyberSecurity Research Lab looks real,https://www.ryerson.ca/tedrogersschool/cybersecurity-research-lab/people/dave-mckay/ as does the DIACC Committee, https://diacc.ca/the-diacc/committees/, but they just look like volunteer positions.

Wow, the new CTO makes sense to me. Lisa Crossley was CEO of VitalHub and Dave McKay was the VP of software development. Apparently VitalHub was a success.

If Lisa had so much confidence in Dave based on her experience at VitalHub, why wouldn't she have hired him in the beginning? And if he is so qualified, why is he padding his resume like that?
