The run of no new shares is over.  550,000 new shares issues Feb 18.   Possibly wsr exercising their option before expiry?????

Jack exercised his $1.00 warrants very early on. They were issued in Feb 2021 and the March 31 fins show no $1.00 warrants o.s.

Fire the CFO......Mar 21 and Jun 21 (audited) fins show no $1.00 options o/s but Sept 21 fins show 650,000 $1.00 options o/s expiring Aug 9/2022.

You are 100% correct about them not showing up on this report.   However, I thought that very strange, as there is no way that somebody would cash in their options for $1/share when the market price was much lower than that.   So I looked at the discussion part of the financials and also noticed that there was no mention of those options ever being issued..   Same

We can't even trust the audited statements with these bozos.....   Feb 11, 2021 - Octagon will receive a payment of US$125,000 and has been granted incentive stock options exercisable to purchase up to 650,000 common shares in the capital of the Company at an exercise price of $1.00 CAD per share for a period expiring February 10, 2022.   March 31/2021 fins show no $1.00

 I was just about to post the same as I didn't first notice that they also changed the expiry date.  Just another example of the gross imcompetence of this management team.  Have a news release saying one thing to investors and only finding out the truth when financials come out.  I would say unbelievable, but at this point, it's just expectation.

Its funny how you two seem to be the only guys who care about it.. I personally don't give a damn. As long as the company is growing, increasing their revs and profits, signing up new clients I have no issue with few extra shares being issued here and there. It is a very insignificant amount anyway. So I am looking at the bigger picture here. You two should be auditors. You would be very good

It is just not as much of The End of The World as you make it sound to be. of course it is not Ideal when they issue extra shares but they are the ones running the business and I am sure that they have a very good reason to do it that neither you or I are aware of. They say that by the end of the year they will start buying them back If they have extra cash so there is nothing to stress about. Sit

I wasn't trying to tell you what you should or shouldn't do.. I was simply saying that in my opinion those extra few shares are not as big of a deal as you make it sound to be. It is always a package deal. Can't have faith in the company without having faith in management. It is like saying that the plain will fly around the World without its pilot. You kinda need both.
