This competes with Reliq's offering.  Reliq is outsourcing some of its care management activities to Cognizant so Reliq can land larger clients. Reliq also suggested that Cognizant may promote Reliq's SAAS offering to its exisitng clientele but this is unlikely now that Cognizant will be offering its own SAAS.
