I think this was discussed some time ago on this site, and RHT just decided to setlle for a bad event in 2018 at a reasonable amount and avoid distraction and trauma of a court fight. Since it is known and settled at about a payout to aggrieved stockholders of 2.5 million CAD, it has been a known for a while and seems to me like it should have no more effects on us going forward.

It boggles my mind how some stupid people invest in a company, the price drops, and they blame the company for their bad investment. Hence the BS lawsuit.
