Blast (of BS) from the past

From PI Financial report:

As it relates to margins, Management believes that they should be able to generate gross and Adj. EBITDA margins in excess of 80% once they hit full deployment with their existing customers (i.e., just over 60K patients; we expect to hit this level in mid-FY20).

The gross margin target is reasonable (we are forecasting gross margins in the mid-80% range in mid-FY20), assuming no hardware sales (which have gross margins well below iUGO Care licensing revenues) and minimal professional services revenue (also carry much lower gross margins).

However, we believe the Adj. EBITDA margin target is very aggressive. We are forecasting Adj. EBITDA margins in the low-50% range once RHT hits full deployment with their existing customers, compared to the guided +80% range.

I forgot that they actually had coverage at one point !!!!  Remember these forecasts? "FORECASTS: We are forecasting revenue of $4.8M in FY18, $26.2M in FY19, and $48.3M in FY20 with Adj. EBITDA of ($1.3M) in FY18, $9.3M in FY19 and $26.0M in FY20."   It's why so many people started following this company in 2018.  It seems like we are at the same point in the ...more

aaaaargh - l am slowly but surely losing patience with Lisa el al. lf l did not believe in Reliq's knowhow and superior technology so much l would be long gone by now. Surely we must be close to Reliqreaching it's potential by now and the market has at last forgiven the many missteps along the way, or, God forbid, am l just dreaming? Still fan of Reliq fool that l am. GLTA

I hear ya buddy! They do APPEAR to be making some real progress finally, but I don't think the market has forgiven much of anything yet. It is going to take at least a couple of financial reports that actually back up the rhetoric to do that. Something that we have still yet to see. Hopefully our patience will pay off eventually but my own patience with Lisa ended a long time ago. Best of luck ...more

Thanks aaaaargh for your response to my email. Good luck to you too. As mentioned several times I always enjoy reading. Your posts since they are well researched and well written and always honest and to the point. I know some posters on here take umbridge on occasion but that's their problem as far as l am concerned, right?

What are you surprised about? If we look at purely financial reports of the last quarter of 2.2m and you take the 20x multiple and you divide it by 200m shares you get .88c per share which is exactly were we are right now. So this company is being priced at its face value. As the decent earnings will (hopefully) start rolling in so will the share price start to reflect that growth. Unfortunately ...more

Lisa has a history of either not knowing what is going on, over hyping the sales impact and / or not having competent people in key positions.  What's resulted is a continued failure to meet a profitable outcome and until profit is evident the share price will stay in the current neighborhood.     She continues to infer that contracts mean revenue ...more

Well, over the past several interviews she (Lisa) did state (on multiple occasions) that the company will be cash flow positive by the end of March. Last time she mentioned it was in early March with the AWT interview and I assume that by then she must have had a pretty good idea of what that QR was going to look like. So I think that the likelyhood of being cash flow positive at this point is ...more
