Market is saying: I DON'T BELIEVE YOU

That last contract, by my math, should be a $30M annual contract once all 50k patients are onboarded... yet RHT, a $100M market cap company had no reaction to the news whatsoever.  This is the  clearest indication yet that  the market does not believe these contracts are REAL.  Why on Earth else would that news not have had any impact on the share price?

Oh that's just nonsense. Actually the stock dropped out of nowhere the day before the big announcement. So who knew this was being announced the next day?
Comment by EdinColorado on Sep 09, 2022 11:18am
Possibly because this is not like a block contract to sell widgets. The patients are onboarded in an unsteady stream over more than a year, with people entering & leaving the system at all times. The market likes to see a block sale translating instantly into profit. I'd like to see that too, but that isn't the nature of this company.  Another factor is everything is in ...more

For the same bloody reason that the market has not reacted to many other companies that continue to put out good news releases. They don't care, there is very little interest in this space, meaning microcaps. Many small and midcap companies are experiencing the same fate, great news releases, good financial numbers and the markets says so what. Over valued? some for sure but not all ...more

No evidence the market doesn't believe they are real. More likely the market doesn't believe they can convert it into $$$. The evidence for that is the failure to do it in the past. The company needs to prove that point then these contracts will be believed and valued accordingly. I don't quite believe it's a simple multiplication sum to convert these patients into profit ...more

So are you saying that all these physicians are stupid? If reliq can't convert these contracts into real revenue then either can the physicians. Try another angle $cumm!

No one is saying that, you're getting fairly defensive. We are saying that the financials do not match Lisa's narrative, and that there has been an issue with revenue collection. The Co. needs to spell it out for us and help us understand how long it really takes. Once the Co. does that, and once they announce profitability, this stock will explode. By the way, I am not trying to get ...more

Just one lie after another. When you say the company is not profitable, you are lying. A loss on paper is not a real loss and you and your aliases SHOULD know this. Everything Lisa said is true.
Comment by teeswater on Sep 09, 2022 4:31pm
Well, okay but I don't lie and if Co. was profitable we would already know that via NR.  Profitable companies don't issue new shares, but I know little about that. That would be better addressed by Lifeboat, I22 or Sailorman, as well as a few other very knowledgable posters. Only my opinion. I'll leave it at that, have a great weekend

This is to which I was referring when I said Lisa has been saying they are profitable all year long, but investors say otherwise. It is absurd to be paying your employees with shares and then to take out that expense line and call yourself profitable. Not even the biggest pumpers of this stock have said that they are profitable, and if you have seen the actions of those few, you know that says it ...more

Apple which is one of the most profitable companies and issues shares to employees.  Anyone on this board who is upset that share issuance will never go to zero for a small healthcare tech company should get out of the stock. Teeswater - Reliq has been profitable on an adjusted EBITDA basis for. several quarters.  I know people on this board and other boards complain about ...more

Tonnes of companies issue shares to employees that are called INCENTIVES! Looks like someone doesn't get the difference between incentives and paying everyone in shares because they have no cash. I asked you to comment on all the misinformation going on. Where is your response to all of those?
Comment by TimSanders on Sep 10, 2022 11:16am
of course theyre not making money, its a debt pit, pretty much investing in a boat. When you pay in shares its pretty much over. Soon the outstanding share count will exceed 300 million shares followed by a 1-10 roll back and even name change. Sad to be a shareholder in this stage. Not to mention another lock down states your calender boy Justin Trudeau.

I have no idea why I left it so long before putting TimSanders on ignore.  His posts are erroneous at best and garbage at worst.  No, wait a minute, they are garbage at best.  Pffft.

Haha....I put him on ignore when I saw his profile pic...he's a moron, IMO!!! Also, thanks for the post about rev recognition, much appreciated!

Clearly you're getting emotional which might be why there's no logic to what you say. If a patient gets on-boarded and becomes compliant then they will generate revenue for docs and reliq. I'm sure the docs want 100% of their on-boarded patients to do that, more $$$. I'm sure they'll take5% of the on-boarded becoming compliant, generating cash and given they are then ...more
