with insider knowledge of the great promise of growth ahead?
She's the only insider shown making any purchases according to Ink insider reports.
Unfortunately it doesn't make a lot of sense so far unless they are all broke or have no faith in the ceo. like some of the posters.
She has spewn a lot of B.S. over the last few years and doesn't had any credibility at this point.
Full disclosure, I only have a spec position until there is some real proof shown.

longerterm1, it depends on what you think the role of a board member is.  If you think it includes reassuring retail investors, then you have a point.  If you think it's to provide stewardship, then your point is less valid.  I fall into the latter group.

You likely nailed it on the first part in a way that does make sense; she built and sold three companies prior to this one. So, my guess is that she might be the sole

Well no one can accuse her of not putting her money where her mouth is. Just not sure when the payout will be.
