enhanced reimbursement rates

"Clinics that are granted RHC status receive enhanced reimbursement rates for providing Medicare and Medicaid services to their patients. Reliq specializes in delivering virtual care solutions to remote and rural communities and is uniquely positioned to address the needs of RHCs and their patients."

It is likely more areas can be covered with reibursement.

Reliq is going to add 500k patients in 5 months, that is 24k per week. We can see roughly 50k every 2 weeks on average.

How much will it cost to add 500,000 patients in the next five months?  Do you realize that in order to onboard 500,000 patients, Reliq will need to onboard ±500 patients per hour or ±8 per minute.   Reliq is now managing adherence for all clients, how many care managers do you need to onboard 500 patients per hour for five months???

Reliq handles adherence but clients handle onboarding. Onboarding just means patients details are inputted to system and paperwork signed. My guess (and it's backed up by revenue) is that there is a huge scaling back then for adherence. Based on what she disclosed we might say they crossed the 500,000 onboarded patient number in the recent past. Last quarter SaaS revenue was $1.8 mil. Maybe next Q will be $2mil. That revenue would represent about 11,000 or so adherent patients. That means 1:50 or 1:40 of all onboarded patients are adherent revenue generators (2%-3%). That looks like the biggest bottleneck, moving patients from ...more

Very fair comments. Just add this - the number of paying patients is a better indicator of revenue growth. At the end of the day the actual payments that are collected from the booked revenue is everything. Otherwise, revenue growth but cannot convert to cash is still meaningless.

Thanks for the clarification.  I should have written clients will have to onboard 8 patients per minute.

As shown by Cigna's evaluating patients' claims at the rate of 1.2 seconds per patient, https://www.cbsnews.com/sacramento/news/cigna-health-giant-accused-of-improperly-rejecting-thousands-of-patient-claims-using-an-algorithm-3/ it's obvious the health care system in the USA has mastered the use of computing power to throw patients off health care at an impressive rate.
