Cognizant?

Hmmm........ I'm just wondering if Cognizant just became a major shareholder of Reliq. It  makes sense if you think about it. They would definitely want a piece of the pie and who else would get such a sweet deal? It's probably Cognizant.

Actually I bet they dont. All that ever happens here is....new contracts, Investment pitch media discussing how great it is...and then a wallowing stock price!! There is no institutional ownership here and no investment banking. Cognizant, is Cognizant that there is nothing here!!
