I give up,this is the laughing stock of all stocks. Pathetic,tryin to bring it to zero. Shameful Lisa should step down at once. Sorry for being so honest but down 300k and still goin down . Tell her to quit over promising and under delivering.

Not so fast peggy. There is no way a pp can have any effect on filing the financials if it doesn't happen within the filing period. Now having said that, lisa could not exaggerate the reason for not filing the financials. Do you see where I'm going with this? Good. Some folk saying on FB: .... as a former auditor, there is requirements to audit the subsequent event period prior to release of the audited statements. In addition, there would be note disclosure in the statements on the financing. Mention of it in the management discussion and analysis and that would require auditor review. Relax Mitch, I have been a shareholder (or bag holder, depend how you look at it) since 2017. Been around actually quite a bit, I got a real life and choose to spend time with my family instead of commenting all day on this board. I'm on CEO as well, chill out ! Peace

That's completely false. If that were true, it would prevent every company from filing their financials on time. It very much looks like a change of control.
