We need a new type of lawsuit: Co. bungles things for years, stock price goes nowhere.     shareholders get tired of the bs and sell.    co. eventually does come through and share price rockets.      Shareholders pissed that they lost out on the stock price appreciation and sue co. for lost opportunity cost

Wow? Do you of all people really believe that the story of this company holds the chapter that tells of the one that eventually does come through? I'm struck by reading yours and Peggy/Papi's post this morning that you both traded scripts for the roles you have been playing for years  :) :)

You've been our board's lead optimist and ISFCA has been our lead pessimist. Now you are calling for a group lawsuit and ISFCA is raising the possibility of a cloud with a silver lining. For me that was an unexpected start to the morning at this site.

Oh I DO get that frustration. We who traded into this are getting our heads handed to us right now on the stock price. This thing is dipping to its record lows, so about everyone holding has a loss on this. Like you I'm still one of the holders and would not discard it for a tax loss at these current prices.

I am equally as frustrated but until RHT submitts the financials they are limited on what they can say. However, I think once the financials are submitted there will be some making up to do so I suspect a flurry of news releases, contract signings and frankly some justification of what has occurred here and why. She knows she has played this badly so I think they will have to come out with some

They never did any "credible" splainin of anything that theyve floated, i think it delusional that they will somehow "this time" come out with anything that would in any way support what a public company (with any thoughts to optics)should think the market would find believable. This is a never ending train wreck.  What an acceptable "stinker" be now, $.20?

FYI...The last class action suit penalised the CO 2.5 millions CAD which Lisa paid out of court without contest after vowing she would vigorously defend all the allegations in court pursuant the Reliq 2018 Pump and dump scheme which as reported by the BCSEC netted 19 millions CAD.by the perpetraitors ( the owners of the controlling shares of the CO, namely the Thindal brothers and associates
