Deep ockets for what?? To buy this .31 cent piece of toilet paper. Lets say ANYONE who would be stupid enough to offer.....say >60{a 100% premium to the price today) and it would be sold. There is a reason it is wallowing at its year lows....

Correct, they are doin just fine & btw they do have 'deep pockets' if anyone is interested....somrthing this ridiculous mess does not. I believe around $30M IN CASH & a trajectory that would have to be considered the inverse of this train wreck....when is the agm again...dont wanna miss it.  RR

Right, for the second yr in a row.  Couldnt know if this thing even had tires to kick....no one could even know what they are doin because it becoming obvious the mgmt did not know what they were doin....why would anyone want to buy this thing?  Seems like the beginning of the end here now, finally, sadly i lose a lot but....how long can this stuff go on?  RR

You should check out the source of your "rumour".  Sounds sketchy to me. Reliq is too big in terms of market cap for VHI to swallow without taking on debt (which they are averse to doing), its revenue and p/rev are too high in relation to VHI's standard metrics and RHT management wouldn't be interested in a sale at this stage.  Also, it's probably not a good fit
