Lets face it

This could NOT have been a worse managemental train wreck!  I have said a few times, how has this thing managed to make it this far??? Really? Absolute nonsense daily,  why, why did they not engage "other mgmt" & expertise to build "something" like they purported to be?  Ridiculous joke but....knew it could not continue.

When is AGM now? Where are proxies, hant seen em?

The board of directors really allowed it all to happen. They are there to challenge and question what is what. How many years of missed guidance do you sit there and listen to someone tell you the same story that never comes true and not put a stop to it? Not call it out.  The culture is inculcated.

The news release states that Lisa will stay on as an advisor to the company. So that indicates that her health issues may not be serious in nature? It does not say how long she would be in an advisory postion.

A 2 member BOD is grounds for full cease trade order. Why resign before a replacement director is found unless that's tomorrow's NR.

I do not know the legallitys surrounding this event, with the management cease trade order already in place and now with only 2 board members in place. It could be the companys position to completely cease trading, allowing time to cool things down and get their ducks in a row. Who the hell knows, this is purely speculation on my part. We will soon see what tomorrow brings.

Hey man, what have other shareholders done to you? It's ok to have a different opinion but to verbally attack someone just because they have an opposing opinion is extremely childish at best. Maybe,  sell your shares and move on or stay for another decade and call more names.
