In less than a week we have a change in management, a NR where onboarding has already started and a new independent board member.  Not a bad start.  Small steps...

Fully agree with you. These are small steps but I have to admit that they made those announcements quite quickly after the 'big news' that Dr. Crossley is leaving (or kind of). This looks promising for 2024. Let's just hope the new board and CEO provide the investment community with more accurate information from now on and stop over promising and not achieving. GLTA

The BoD is still thin. They need someone who is strong, to seek answers and positive action from the OLD guard. Is Nuttall, the ONLY INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR, up to that, especially when I see his CV. Also, Storseth has been at Crossley's side all this time and getting additional pay for his admin/financial service company that RHT uses. Always thought that a poor relationship...and isn't it

HERE, HERE, I second that. I suspect Iscfa is correct, the company needed a warm body to satisfy the 3 board member requirement  to be able to stay trading. I also agree with the comments made about baby steps, this could have been much worse.  Still could be I guess, it's important to get all the late financials out asap. I guess a politician fits the culture of the company.  The recieveables is what really need attention and I imagine that will be the big gasp when people see the adjustment to financials. Or I am at least expecting that. There will be a hit to past revenue due to the likeliness of payment. Its the only loose end out there dangling.
