Red flag?

According to some posters, it was a giant red flag that Lisa was the CEO and they insisted that she had to go.  Now, apparently, according to some posters, it's a giant red flag that Lisa left.  It seems there's a lot of red flags out there that need exercise.

To continue, it is usually percieved that a CEO leaving when there are issues outstaning is a bad signal.

On the other hand, a new CEO arriving when there are issues outstanding is often percieved as being a good signal.

And, the old CEO did purchase a whole lot of shares at much higher prices and sold nothing.

So, as opposed to scratching our heads and coming up with all kinds of fabricated scenarios, maybe it might be best to just wait for the data to arrive...

Well, you answered your first paragraph with the second paragraph. It is a red flag that CEO is fleeing during audit that is resulting in 2-month and counting miss in filing deadline. You also didn't mention in third paragraph that the new CEO didn't arrive, and won't be for months. There is interim in place, that has been supposedly an important person in the operation since 2019 ...more

Yes, of course these things apply.  The big one is the delayed financials, but... Getting sick during an audit is a red flag.  Or it isn't.  Having an interim CEO familiar with the operation is a red flag.  Or it isn't.  Doing a fundraise to improve the balance sheet before you leave isn't a red flag.  Or maybe you think it is.  Buying shares in the ...more

Your track record= Saddened by DESPAIR!!!!!

The wait itself is sufficient evidence. Having to wait until 2024 to get June 2023 financials because auditors can't agree with the company on the actual numbers is flashing red as much as it can.

How do you know that the reason you gave is the actual reason for the delay?  Or, did you just make it up?
Comment by kusio1 on Dec 30, 2023 2:01pm
What possible reason could it be? We already know it isn't the dilution - it wouldn't take 2 months for a clear-cut event that happened in subsequent period. We already know it is no longer contacting customers - a long time ago supposedly they received all the answers.

mgmt promised regulators to deliver Q1 results 5 days after FY results. So now co. is delaying the filing of FY results as they work on Q1 results.
Comment by kusio1 on Dec 30, 2023 3:29pm
I highly doubt that. It would be illegal to withold year end financial results after deadline for PR purposes
Comment by theinvestor22 on Dec 30, 2023 2:58pm
I was pretty sure you just made it up.  Thanks for the confirmation.
