Adherence
RHT's target patient adherence is 70%. Patients requiring RHT's service often provide evidence that they are disinterested in taking care of their heath up to the point of needing virtual care. It is difficult to believe that those patients will suddenly change their behaviour and adhere to recommendations from a health care provider.

That's why co. has care managers (in house and Cognizant) who nag patients to take their readings to meet minimum requirement for reimbursement. The voice/text message nagging was inadequate. You would think someone would get more creative and offer seniors some kind of reward or bonus points for getting their 16 readings per month done.

It might be something stupid like selling a hammer and only require to be paid if the customer actually manages to put successfully a nail into the wall. You can get alot of contracts this way but will have an ever increasing accounts receivable amount on your books.
