Adherence

RHT's target patient adherence is 70%. Patients requiring RHT's service often provide evidence that they are disinterested in taking care of their heath up to the point of needing virtual care. It is difficult to believe that those patients will suddenly change their behaviour and adhere to recommendations from a health care provider.

Another operational change occurred mid fiscal year that may be affecting the audit.... "Beginning January 1, 2023, all new contracts specify that clients must authorize Reliq to contact patients in order to ensure adherence. Account Managers are working with existing clients to obtain similar authorizations."  Reliq raised monthly SAAS fees to $50 US ($65 cdn) for the ...more
