Sounds like Crossley totally neglected implementing any type of internal controls in the co. It did not help that the 3 member BOD (which includes Crossley) were all on the audit committee. No bloody independence whatsoever.

How did they squeeze by last year with no internal controls? Took a while for KPMG to say 'enough is enough' and after getting quarterly revenues revised down (of course, "mistakes" only happen in one direction in pump and dumps) every single quarter during an audit they refused to let it slide this time?

"How did they squeeze by last year with no internal controls?" - bloody long term receivables grew from $7M to $24M in past year.

Shipping devices to patients and being unaware that they were still not activated 9 months later = total lack of internal controls

The question is whether they were sending out invoices for those patients

something new from thie video: reasons for delay -1, new measures from regulators, 2, cfo's faults as i am suspecting,. One good suggestion : to change the board members from politician to professionals.

As mentioned before, NEW BOARD, NEW CEO, PROFFESIONAL TRANSPARENT BUSINESS PEOPLE that know how to truly run a company, or at least whats left of it and if it survives.

Maintaining a neutral position is pretty weak here. I wish you well. The stock is halted so imho anyone can put anything out there and it does not matter. When the NR's come out the market will decide. Whatever spin is being put on a halted stock is just not worth the oxygen.

The auditors have found their full employment program, so I don't expect them to let go of it.

$13.5M hardware sales in fiscal 2023 => ~ 45,000 transactions that require adequate recordkeeping. Did Reliq have to re-create documents for all these transactions? Were records inadequate because Reliq overdid it in protecting patient privacy?
