Clear as mud.   Damn NRs always make it sound like the 10,000 patients are on the service each and every month indefinitely. "Cognitive assessments are typically performed twice a year and are billed to CMS under a unique billing code."

These bozos need a better way of indicating potential annual recurring revenues. Perhaps they are trying to say that from the hundreds of thousands of clients patients, use of the service will be a few months per year per patient and will result in Reliq providing 120,000 patient months per year. (10,000 x 12 mos)

They are suggesting this new feature will generate $5.76M in revenue per year. ($48 x 12 x 10,000).  However, it's not the same damn 10,000 patients using the service 12 months a year, year after year.  It's 10,000 different patients using the service 1 or 2 times a year out of the hundreds of thousands of patients on the platform. I agree $48 per visit (if true) would be clearer but they couch other stuff in monthly terms and I guess potentially an individuals monthly revenue could come from several sources. I think the revenue aspect is confusing because it's not clear to them. Really all they have announced here is the mental health module has gone live. The numbers and other details are for ball park context IMO

So how does Reliq help facilitate mental health assessments? Medicare requires the caregiver spend a minimum no. of minutes per month with the patient. Is Reliq providing a telehealth connection (audio or video) or is it simply allowing the caretaker a means of recording/tracking time spent and billing Medicare?

My read of the press release is that the cognitive asssements increase the number of patients Reliq can provide monthly BHI services to.  As they said in the press release mental health services are under utilized by 50%.  The reimbursement  for the cognitive assesment 2x per year and BHI monthly is over $1,500 a year per patient (99483 &99484) or $130/month.  Reliq's

Mitch - Again you show how little understanding you have of this market or of Reliq as a company.  They are already providing behavioral health services.  You do not need specialized training to perform the cognitive assessment.  Any doctor (their customers) are able to do it and they delegate most of the work to clinical staff which are the care manager.  The biggest laugh
