First post, here's what's happening.
Hi guys, I own a couple percent of the company and was able to speak to the management team at length about some of the concerns I had. First off the HALT: the halt is a result of patient confidentiality concern between KPMG and some doctors offices, where KPMG wants information and doctors offices are not required AND not supposed to give out that private information about patients. The process of going back and forth between KPMG and doctors is apparently what is creating the holdup. PROFITABILITY: medical companies are often slow moving I know this as a participant in the medical industry, just wait for the inflection point and this should be a 3-5 dollar company probably over the next 2 years or 8 quarters. Good luck everyone and have a dippipty do dog day!

For sure the lack of financial control is the CFO not being a medical field specialist. Do some diligence and you'll find he actually has his own firm and shops out accounting like services to other firms. Reliq has clearly grown past what he can provide... not going to be surprised if he gets the boot.

I don't get the doctors office reference?? It's not money, it's private patient information which is federally protected. So yeah often times doctors have these things called morals, sucks I know... also I don't know who papi is but your momma had a dippity do dog day lol just kidding bozo is a great Clown!!

Well, if KPMG won't finalize financials until they get private information that the doctors are NOT ALLOWED to give, then we should expect the halt to NEVER be lifted...does that really make sense to you?

Yes, yes it does, KPMG will have to settle for information they are allowed in the end, what likely is happening is they are getting some extra billable hours... there are plenty of iffy earnings reports that pass through audits its all negotiable. I know it's bullshit, but that's business.

Lmfao... yeah sure!!! KPMG would never require ANY private and confidential records or ANYTHING from "patients". What a load of poop!! I call B.S. on you speaking to anyone from Reliq. Who did you communicate with, please provide names and times.

Haha poop! For sure they would to embezzle hourly billings as well as verify business transactions, there are a number of reasons they would want info ON patients not FROM patients, just cause your angry doesnt mean your rational! and yeah for sure you can check my phone call log, I called Reliq from you moms house last night.... oooh spicy.... kinda like yo momma after some tacos
