Hey Scott. Why is the stock still trading on the pink Sheets,no volume to speak of, but curious why its not halted as well. Thanks 

 

 

The Canadian Regulators do not have a control or a reciprocal agreement for cease trade with stocks listed on the OTC pink exchange.

More relevant questions would be:  Now that q2 fins deadline has been missed will it be released 5 days after q1 fins which were promised to be released 5 days after annual audited results. Why not release all 3 sets of fins at the same damn time?

My guess here is that accounting ie bookkeeping was far behind  The auditors cannot do the bookkeeping and then express an auditors report so an outside resource probably had to be engaged b4 the audit could be completed  This I don't know as fact but a good possibility

How much work is involved with calculating foreign currency gains/losses? If Reliq is reporting the entire hardware sale upfront at one fx rate and then calculating a fx gain/loss for each of the subsequent 24 monthly payments at the prevailing fx rates this would be a nightmare, especially for 45,000 device sales done in last fiscal year. Co. should change to reporting in USD.
