A full-time CFO might have been able to set up prober accounting procedures and this mess would have been avoided. We have the Board of Directors to thank for their decision to hire a part-time CFO.

Crossley probably did not want full time CFO as his/her salary would be greater than Crossley's so she would have to raise her salary. Dumb move.
