I wrote to adm last week.
Got this as feed back:

Thank you for your interest in Reliq.  The Company released 3 press releases in January and one in February.  At least one press release is expected to be issued in March.  It is business as usual during the CTO.  We continue to provide services to patients, add new patients, bill and collect payments, add approximately 1 new doctor a week and have several large opportunities in the pipeline.  

 

The requirement for updates every 2 weeks was only during the management cease trade.  There are no requirements for periodic updates other than  the standard updates for Material news.

An excerpt from your posting: "We continue to provide services to patients, add new patients, bill and collect payments..." The highlighted portion is the part I'm waiting for most.  I don't think it would kill them to put out a NR with a few details in it.  It's not as though collections are subject to a lot of interpretation.

Why put out a NR while cease-traded where it can not be acted on? Wait until stock is trading again and then release news.

I believe material news needs to be disclosed even during a CTO and the stock is still trading on the OTC.

Correct! But until no one from Reliq will be accountable... nothing will happens ... and they will continue like they are acting! The only way to push them is to set up a class action...
