Restatement
I don't believe Shields when he told the you-tuber that there are no restatements. Something stinks.

There seems no information given on which to base anything, but what this does is destroy credibility. How can anyone believe or trust any source without credibility? If the auditors are done, what's the reason for more secrecy? if not, why are they not done? Maybe we should be asking this of the regulator since we can get nothing from the company.

If Lisa wasn't hiding anything and the reason for CTO is documents it makes perfect sense there will be no restatement

Crossley was hiding lots. Co. never reconciled ebitda to accounting no.s per rules. Equipment loans over 12 months in length were buried in accounts payable, a current liability account. Device sales were recorded in full upfront even though payment was over 24 months and apparently only payable when patient was compliant.

Only problem that was hidden was adherence, but in all fairness Lisa didn't need to disclose that number. For someone to say Chris is now telling lies does not make sense, why should he risk anything ? Also Lisa always bought shares and took a low salary, she was a believer.
