Everybody is waiting and waiting for what? The long delay, in "months not years", tells me they are praying for a turnaround quarter to support the price. What if the business never brings about as bright as we are told and that is exactly what they are scared of - a delisting and an imminent legal consequence of a class action. Instead of a financials release the very possible announcement of a foreclosure is what one can ultimately read about.

Hoping for a turnaround quarter would mean there is still life and substance underneath the s---show, which right now offers the main hope there is for investors, partners, clients they have signed on, and patients (if there are any)  relying on the service.  If there is no substance there, then all of the above will have been damaged by serial lying with support by everyone from

  The business can still be of some substance and yet not effective to generate enough cash flow for a viable long term business. Many company failure belongs to this category.  So "life and substance" may not necessarily goes hand in hand.
