Management Discussion and Analysis for Year Ended December 31, 2023.

CALGARY, ALBERTA – Maple Leaf Green World Inc. (“Maple Leaf” or the “Company”), (CSE:
MGW), (OTCIQ: MGWFF), announced today that its common stock, currently traded on the OTCQB
market, were downgraded to the OTC Pink on July 23, 2024 due to delay in filing of the audited
consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2023, annual management's discussion and analysis for the same period and management certifications of annual filings (collectively, the "Annual Filings").
The Company also remains subject to a cease trade order issued by the Alberta Securities Commission on July 15, 2024.
The Company is working diligently with its auditor to facilitate the completion of the Annual Filings in a
timely manner. The Company will issue a further news release when the required filings have been made.
