abusing CTO

Crossley deliquent filings is another reason for Reliq to use (abuse) CTO.... By delaying release of fins it allows co. to wait and post a good qtr or two to offset bad news of Crossley manipulation.

p.s. good fins and/or good progress in fins will mean stock opens and trades above cost of most investors so there will be no damages on which to base a lawsuit.

Iscfa, you seems to hold the illusion that they have a business and are still generating cash and can overcome the present disastrous issues!
