So what’s the bottom line here?

Are we all screwed? 

When/if we start trading again what's it going to look like? Has a company ever went through this and came back with value intact?

Well, a computer stock that made record money for Seeking Alpha's Alpha Picks,  Super Micro Computer (just had quite a crash), had a sordid history for a while of cease trading and auditing horrors. Reading about that a couple days ago reminded me of what we RHT bag holders have been living.  A Phoenix sometimes rises from the ashes.
