"December 2024, not only is a new CEO not in place, but the company has no Board of Directors, all of the former directors having resigned. An annual meeting, postponed on more than one occasion, is not currently scheduled." If true, last webinar was another series of lies/misinformation. Busines is not as usual, the end is near.

They cannot get anyone to bite because if you look at the books etc now without the previous mob witholding whatever that was previously not visible, there is nothing to look at which any ethical person would venture into. The end is here. Just no one wants to take that step.

Include the regulatory agency in the lawsuit and the PARTICULAR individuals in that agency who neglected their duty and allowed the officers and board to persist in bilking investors for so long.

When its proven one is warrented. We need FACTS not innuendo. When Co comes out and says all the accussations are correct or some admittance of a cover up of illegallities then,BRING IN THE HOUNDS. Even if they dont admit or confess we were mislead we still have to prove it.Untill then, its wait and see. All in MOHO Papi

I can't seem to get my post shown there. Here it is.... I think the $3 million that Shields is referring to is the collection of some of the receivables in arrears, which is additional to the collection of current revenues. The Dec 2022 and Mar 2023 quarters saw the co. collect more cash than SAAS revenue reported.
