I have compised a list of legit questions,ones that i deem legit from other board members with no agenda either way  and will ask him. It's my butt and dime on the line so i screened them well.. You can interpatate his replies as you wish.Regurtatate it ,twist it,  spin it,  misrepresent it , mold it, shape it, denounce it and then take it to the CEO.CA board and print it.
