Great post FrequentBuyer. I was just reading a NR from Stock Investor Daily posted Nov. 8th that RLV is buying a Montreal based biopharma manufacturing company ( no name as of yet ) that manufactures for private label, white label and for it's own brands of over the counter health products sold in Canada and the USA. I'll do some more DD and report back to this board with more info as I ...more

Of interest folks. From what I can gather insofar as RLV's  aquisition of Montreal Biopharma Contract Manufacturing Company is that the buyout and payments are all subject to and based on specific revenue and EBITDA targets.  There's much more to this deal and I give Aurelio full credit. This will be another game changer for the developement of RLV. Might take a bit of time but ...more

Aurelio is not working for us retail sh. He has dilutet our capital. He is just working for the big investors who pressed the sp down with nacked shorting to get more cheaper shares . No credit to Aurelio.

What SPECIFICALLY has James Mansour done, other than take a boatload of 5 cent warrants from his pal Aurelio in exchange for a nonsensical PR that was word-for-word lifted from his website bio? I mean, at least TRY to make it sound authentic. The guy does branding...I'm not sure that he's done much of anything in the past 15 years (look him up), but whatever. Aurelio is trying to ...more

ANOTHER new username created to bash RLV, Chas15? Can you explain to us the debt maturity and how you think it will be an issue to service it? Ironic that you pretend to understand debt after losing all your money investing in Baytex...I would love to learn from you! Tell us again how the pandemic will be over by June, wise one.

Your daily content here is so valuable. People could really learn from a guy who spends every day and night posting on Stockhouse. Especially since you bragged about selling your 5 cent shares at 4 cents before it went to 8.5 cents. And your insight during the halt back in September was spot on.
Comment by Chas15 on Nov 15, 2020 3:40pm
Enjoy your 3.5 cent stock. 2 cents by end of November? Most likely. Enjoy your bag.

MW will be creating a new profile here soon. Too be honest, he's probably on the payroll by RLV.

Only family, friends, lovers and front men are on the payroll....no workers

The weed sector is warming up ! I bet he jumps ship again !
Comment by AlwaysSkeptical on Nov 16, 2020 8:20pm
Why would anyone hire a serial liar that has never delivered ANYTHING in this segment? No license No manufacturing/production  No distribution  No retail NOTHING. But, I'm sure that he's looking to jump off the ship like the rat...he's eaten all of your cheese, and would love to jump to the next sucker host.

Newborders, Thanks for the kudos, but I was referring to this publicly stated info: Relevium Executes LOI to Acquire Montreal Biopharma Contract Manufacturing Company Ashley Cowell   November 08 | 2019 I think this was yet another promise that didn't materialize...

Similar to the PPE deal with cash and warrants being paid only upon completion. Which is when RLV gets the $20M USD. This deal prevents the downside risk when dealing with the biggest deal in the company's history. And makes sure that everyone stays motivated from Point A to Point B. PPE is in high demand. I can't emphasize that enough. Let's see if we find out what is cooking this ...more

What's cooking is the books...three weeks past due on mandated filings.  What do you think takes what you're calling a world-class, international audit firm nearly five months to sign off on a company with less than $4 million in annual revenues? The answer: they can't make heads or tails of it, because it's all smoke and mirrors.
Comment by FrequentBuyer on Nov 16, 2020 10:43pm
The cash and the warrants only get paid when WE get the CASH. Smart structure
Comment by AlwaysSkeptical on Nov 16, 2020 11:10pm
If you think those warrants are for YOU, you're even dumber than I thought.   There are close to 100 MILLION shares and warrants that were issued at 3.5 cents-5 cents just in one transaction late May, let alone the countless others before that...how many millions did you get? Oh, you didn't get squat.   Maybe you're still waiting for the spin-off Aurelio promised? & ...more

Hey thanks for these old news items!  Some thoughts: 1. $26.4m PPE contract: Remember the PR about a cannabis license?  Or the one about the "huge" Walmart availability?  Or the exciting COVID-killing neutraceutical using cherry extract?   Takeaway: I'll wait for audited ACTUAL results...Aurelio's record of actually delivering what is promised in PRs is ...more

19 posts here in 7 days twisting the truth like a little mouse scared to come out of your hole... Stay on your little hamster wheel tapping away at the keyboard and I will tell you when the SP is 30 cents and it is safe to come out....just wait and see
Comment by AlwaysSkeptical on Nov 13, 2020 9:51am
Oh sure, I'm twisting the truth. Here is a FACT: There are roughly 400x the average daily volume worth of RLV shares and warrants waiting to be sold at 5 cents. Translation: You will NEVER see 30 cents again.  Because, of course, it was 30 cents a while back...remember, when they were going to be in cannabis? It's in the public filing....isn't it weird there wasn't ...more

The auditors are not to blame that the numbers cannot be displayed. Someone knows who pays all the debts that RLV and its companies leave on their way of frustrated adventures. Poor people...
