Vaccine 95% Effective

With the UK pushing out vaccines as early as next week and Russia not far behind, one must think when the music stops for RLV? USA and the rest of Europe won't be far behind, management had their chance to make shareholders money but they dropped the ball - as per usual!

I can see their next PR (right before bankruptcy):   "Relevium is pleased to announce that we are going to work on our own Bioganix COVID vaccine!  Should have it sometime soon, and have already pre-sold MILLIONS of doses!"

I truly think they are holding off on releasing financials because of how bad they are, and they will attempt to push them back into the quarterly financials where the 20m contract would be. In their attempt to cover up how bad hand sanitizer sales were. Also, they are now giving away hand sanitizer for FREE on their website for their Black Friday deals lol....kinda shows us that it's not ...more

You may be right: The April-June quarter will be nothing short of disastrous from a financial perspective, which is saying a lot considering they lost $1.2 million in the first nine months prior, and had their revenue cut in half in the last quarter before this one. So they're trying to hide it. In terms of waiting for Q1 (July-Sept) though, what exactly will there be to crow about?   ...more

One and done is pretty spot on. I'm interested to see what the profit margin was on that 20 million dollar contract, that's all I'm looking at. And then - interested in seeing how much their consultancy fees and expenses increased by in regards to the contract. I looked around to see what Aurelio pays himself a year...was unable to find it, which is certainly NOT normal for a publicly ...more

You won't find a salary, because Aurelio isn't an employee!  How many public companies operate without a CEO as employee, publicly disclosing their salary and benefits??? On the distribution "win", my guess on its P&L: Revenue: $20 million Gross margin (best case): 10%, or $2 million Less: Payment to H-Source: 10% in CASH, or $2 million right off the top (and ...more

I don't understand shareholders not seeing an issue with Aurelio not being an employee. As well as RLV just hiring consultants and basically paying them under the table lol. Boggles my mind. Aurelio probably makes 500k a year, while driving RLV into the ground. No wonder he isn't selling shares, he's getting his money regardless.

Ding ding - you win a prize. The reason he continues to dilute the shares via 100,000,000 shares and warrants at 3.5-5 cents in just the past few months is exactly what you said: Like a parasite, he's feeding on his host in the form of generous consulting fees through his LLC...and will do anything to keep enough cash to keep paying himself. It's been this way for FOUR YEARS...glad ...more

I also saw online that his son or nephew, someone with the same last name is listed as an "employee", I wonder how much they pay him each year? Lol. This is looking more and more like fraud the deeper you look.

Because at RLV, improvisation is the style of doing business.  Nobody thinks, nobody analyzes, nobody studies the business, only improvises are visceral acts, not strategic actions.  That is the reason why they always fail.
