And there it is! The truth. RLV isn't a PPE manufacturer, they are a supplier (apparently). So why would HSI go through RLV to go to the manufacturer? The whole thing made no sense from the beginning. If HSI needs over priced luxury hand sanitizer then RLV would have them sorted! Hahaha

I think RSM wasn't used for year end NR but in fact Q1 NR. RLV was probably trying to shove that contract in there even though they didn't complete it. Anyways, if not, we should see what kind of profit margins it had. Oh, and how much they lined their pockets as well.

Small correction: $950k in consulting fees on GROSS MARGIN of $1.2 million...but a LOSS of $7 million! Heck, he didn't even TRY to pay the $2.3 million he owed in 2020...he delayed that to 2021, BUT he definitely paid himself like royalty!!
