Did they just pull that out their butt and then not follow through? It's shocking to me that shareholders haven't filed a class action against RLV.

Like all things RLV, they take it out and do not follow it up, nor do they deal with it ... he opens his mouth ... he speaks, speaks and echoes his voice fills the space and moves on to something else and ideas are leaving the way without executing ... is that incapacity, attention syndrome, insanity, intellectual deficiency or opportunism ???
