MaterialWorld, You are a moron sir.  This "great news" from HSI is guaranteeing the same thing that happened to RLV is now happening to HSI: These convertible debentures, which earned 12% (!!!) interest, are convertible at 6 cents/share.  In other words, these insiders are getting 45 MILLION shares at 6 cents...guess where the stock price will go once their 3-month bold
