I think that the best way to accumulate easy shares without creating a big trend..............is to provide a little news to clarify some buying and get shares from people who want to leave the company due of the waiting. Who knows......maybe......??????????

Hahaha, you are correct.  RLV is just Aurelio paying Aurelio.  He is the CEO, CFO, and additional CMO is his own pumpers from him.  He hides under the name of wife, son, lover or friends ... I never saw anything similar.  He pays himself and gives himself the money back.
