Where’s the big money Fast Pie?

You started calling for it - and a stock price North of 5 cents - way back in April...and have reiterated it over 50 times since.

You're not alone, so I'm not singling you out. MaterialWorld, Swint, The Accountant and other lemmings have crawled out to try and hold the share price.

Reality:

- ZERO new contracts or deals in 10 months

- Zero PPE deliveries

- ANNIHILATION of current shareholders by selling 120 million shares at ZERO PREMIUM to market...oh, the $400k in penalties and interest is still due, so I guess you could say this "deal" was for 120 million shares at 1.5 cents.

Speaking of 1.5 cents...this is the next stop on this POS train.

BIG MONEY (lost)

The next stop for this train is here. Now bidding 1.5 cents and then 1 cent and then 0.005 then good bye.

To answer your question, I am not currently short this stock - it will go down, but I am making MUCH more being long real companies. Hi  And Lucky's someone else who trades in facts. Please share just ONE solid, published reason you supposedly invested a week's trading volume in this ...more

Sure my reasons for investing are simple; essentially I am bullish WITH CAUTION Why? Cause this is a 2c stock BUT Here are some interesting notes that could enable a flip which is why I bought in: 1. Debt is drastically cleared to debitors THAT HAVE INSIDER INFORMATION. I want to know what it is that made them take the deal and not the $1 million of investments on the balance sheet.  2 ...more

James, Appreciate you sharing your thesis.  While I fundamentally don't see it playing out, I respect the rationale.   Food for thought: 1. Debtors took shares because they couldn't get cash without bankrupting RLV: they have negative cash burn of $500k/quarter. 2. H-Source is DOA, so this will not yield anything of substance for RLV.  They have burned through ...more

I respect the other side; Always do. One of us will end up right; ill respond to your points by saying; 1. They have insider information. We cant deny that nor conclude why they took those shares until that information is shared with us. This could either be bullish or bearish depending on what happens. 2. H-Source is a platform; its just missing everything that $RLV is. I believe both companies ...more
