Same last name as CEO's wife, who has been an "advisor" for years...oh the tangled web, and the poor investors don't have half the facts (who's getting consulting fees, what the side arrangements are, personal loans, family members on payroll...).

He is the father of the director-wife with a different surname.  The president is the father-in-law of the CEO of RLV.  ?.?  ... interesting, I think this makes negotiations and discussions for agreements easier. Waoooo..... Interesting...what an achievement!!!
