Hello MW. Aurelio claims that the delay in filing the 2021 and 2022 financial statements is due to a lack of staff at the former audit firm, which he replaced with another frime that would have the same problem. But why? Aurelio's lack of transparency and many unrealized announcements have undermined that credibility. Sorry not to share your optimism.

Well Froggy. The good news is, Aurelio has millions of shares on the table. Question is, is he willing to commit financial suicide........I don't think so............MW

Hi MW. According to the circular of the annual meeting of September 30, 2022 sent to relevium shareholders, Aurelio owns 7,406,803 shares out of a total of 332,883,102, which represents 2.23% of a company that has not filed an audit financial statement for two years. I'm sorry to tell you that he's not really the owner of Relevium. How much is it worth now in 2022?

Hi Froggy, we all know about the late financial statements, we all also think Aurelio doesn't own the company. He does control it/us, so he owns it. You and me have no say or control. Pretty easy to see what it's worth........Let's have a great week...MW

If Mr. Aurelio only has 2.23%, what does he do acting as owner and making wholesale decisions, he cannot transfer a company of which he owns Nothing, (2.23% is nothing) Well... it will be available the position of CEO of Relevium ??

The shares are worthless and Aurelio know it. The resplit is just the beginning of endless private placements!! The shareprice will reach the same pricelevel after this 25:1 resplit in short time after. Thats rlv business model. Don't listen to MW. Here is nothing more brewing than pp.

Exactly HSGmbH! Greetings HSGmbH. This brings me back to the beginning of my speech. In my opinion, the only good news that Relevium shareholders could have would be the resignation of Aurelio.

Well, the resignation would be the most elegant path and would give a vote of confidence to the CEO's future, it would make everything easier, but the option of throwing him out, fired out, can also be applied, a radical cut could save RLV's life. Everything will depend on intelligence. is he smart boy?

Hi Carmin. You asked the right question. Is he a smart boy? If he did that, he could benefit himself as a shareholder. The future CEO would have a huge task, to define and refocus RLV's activities, to be as transparent as possible with the shareholders in order to regain their trust. It will probably take years to get our marbles back, but there will be hope. We have the right to dream!
