It's Halloween on Monday, and the last day before Aurelio defaults on his promise to shareholders from the AGM last month: does RLV deliver 2-year-old financials as they have promised multiple times already, or do they yet again show their true colors and demonstrate that they're all smoke and mirrors?

One more trading day left...oh wait, we haven't traded in almost a year because of inability to perform the minimum functions of a public company.

But don't worry folks - that hasn't stopped the company's consulting CEO from paying himself the entire time...

I would advise you to stop this. The only lawsuit that is going to happen is against you for defamation and cowardly inciting hatred under a nickname. Find something to do with your life. I imagine you belong to the club of false and cowardly people who don't say things up front.

It just means that we should have replaced these managers who failed in their duty of benevolence and information to shareholders. Dear "DifamationCC298", when you have 1,000,000 shares of a company that has not filed audited financial statements for two years and the managers, whom you trusted, make announcements that do not come true, lack transparency vis--vis shareholders and leave them in the dark.
